Marjorie Eisenach is a versatile executive with over 30 years of experience in human resources and training in the private and public sector.  She has a diverse background in H.R. and adult training, broad experience base in a variety of organizations and operating styles, and a flexible perspective on the requirements to succeed in various work environments.

In addition to her role as the former chair of the International Human Resources Council of the Twin Cities Human Resource Association, Marjorie has held leadership roles with the H.R. council of the American Electronics Association, United Way, American Field Service and Junior Achievement.  She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association.

She has taught a variety of HR related classes for professionals as well as undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Minnesota, Concordia University, and Hamline University.

In addition to her expertise in HR, Marjorie has a wealth of practical experience teaching Italian at the college and community levels.  For the past 15 years she has taught Italian for Travelers for the University of Minnesota's Compleat Scholar Program, as well as at Gustavus Adolphus, Inver Hills Community College, and many private students.

She is an honors graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree in international relations and a master's degree in Italian, and has completed all coursework for a PhD in comparative literature with additional master's coursework in industrial relations at the University of Minnesota.
